Real Wedding: Daniela & Andrew

Summertime nuptials mean one thing: white-out florals! Daniela and Andrew’s Riviera Country Club wedding was one to be rivaled, chock full of fresh, white blooms. From the orchid adorned arch to the shades of white table arrangements, this wedding epitomizes class and sophistication. We love creating custom arrangements that speak to your big day—for Daniela and Andrew’s ceremony and reception, we wrapped their space in cascading orchids and roses. We adore a room filled with love and fresh florals… Congratulations to the two of you on a truly beautiful occasion!

Summertime Bliss!

This gorgeous wedding epitomizes summertime perfection! From their beachside ceremony to the palm tree backdrop, their big day truly was something special. The floral design centered around texture—and lots of it! Bright greens of all variations were layered with succulents and pops of fresh orange florals. And let’s not forget the bouquet! Sometimes, it’s fun to keep a bouquet one color, but really incorporate extreme texture differences to achieve a sophisticated, yet understated look. This bouquet was full of succulents and other greeneries to achieve this layered aesthetic. We’ll definitely keep these bright and fresh wedding arrangements in mind for future summer inspiration.

Real Wedding: Ilana + Jeff

When a wedding industry professional is getting married, we always know it is bound to be beautiful and chic. Ilana Stern of Weddington Way’s fabulous boho-beach wedding was just that. Held at the Bel Air Bay Club, the couple had a bright and beautiful ceremony, followed by what only can be described as a global fiesta reception.

For Ilana and Jeff’s ceremony, the white aisle was topped with a geometric pattern of coral and fuchsia rose petals, leading to a stunning, mahogany chuppah decorated with bougainvillea.

The bride carried a cascading bouquet made up of vibrant yellow-and-pink garden roses, parrot tulips, spray roses, dahlia, and branches of coffee beans. Instead of bouquets, each of the bridesmaids wore flower crowns with their mismatched bridesmaid gowns from Weddington Way.

The couple and guests enjoyed a fun night of dancing surrounded by vibrant florals and design elements inspired by the couple’s travels. It was truly a personal and special evening for all involved.

Going For Bold

Often pale, soft colors are a bride's first choice when it comes to her bridal bouquet; however, for brides who dare to be bold, there is nothing prettier than walking down the aisle carrying a bright-colored bouquet. During the Victorian era, couples in love gave each other flowers to express their feelings, and today flowers speak directly to our senses.

From sunny yellow to dusky purple, blooms offer endless possibilities for self-expression. Bright bouquets have the advantage that they emphasize your personality and make your wedding unique.

In order to choose the right color combination for a bouquet, consider your own taste, but also the time of day, the season, and the atmosphere of your location. Since your bouquet is the most photographed floral piece of your wedding, its colors and shape will set the tone for all of your other floral arrangements.

Whether you select a simple monochromatic palette, choose the same flower in a range of colors, or mix and match, your bouquet should contain elements that can incorporate your personality into the design of your wedding day.
